 In addition to the personal data mentioned above, we will not use personal data considered as sensitive for the purposes informed in this privacy notice; however, in the event that sensitive personal data is collected, the same will be treated by virtue of the legal relationship client / lawyer, in terms of Article 10 section IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.


In the event that you provide us with any personal data or any sensitive personal data other than those indicated above by any means (electronic, printed, oral, business card), and which is not related to the legal relationship client / lawyer, AVA will not carry out any processing of such information and, where appropriate, will proceed to its immediate elimination from its database.

AVA informs you that it will use the necessary Technological Security and Protection Measures to preserve the confidentiality of all personal data it collects, such as restricted access to data only to authorized and qualified personnel, firewalls and secure connections.
